Sydney Water

SAVE WATER. SAVE MONEY.

We produced a campaign that reframes everyday water-saving behaviours. Directed by Nick Robertson, the work elevates simple actions... turning off a tap, using a half flush, loading a dishwasher, with the scale and attention typically reserved for high-profile talent. This contrast brings focus to behaviours that would otherwise go unnoticed.

Our Approach

We cast real, diverse Australians and kept performances simple and unforced. Each action is then treated with the visual language of celebrity; direct flash, paparazzi-style camera and heightened framing placing ordinary behaviour inside an exaggerated, high-gloss world.

Nothing about the action changes, only the way it’s seen. That contrast creates the tone: familiar, but elevated intimate moments given an unexpected sense of scale.

The campaign was delivered across TV, social, digital, OOH and transport. Multiple formats were captured in production, allowing the visual approach to translate consistently from hero films through to shorter cutdowns and photography.
